Pets at Discovery Ministries

We recommend that you do not bring pets. Pets are not allowed in any of the buildings. Pets must be confined or leashed and supervised at all times. You will need to remove your pet if it is a nuisance to campers or staff, i.e. biting, barking incessantly, barking during quiet hours, tearing garbage bags, etc.

Boarding Options for your pet.

Mountain View Animal Clinic: This clinic is run by a veterinarian and is approximately 30 minutes away. They will board dogs up to 65 pounds (graduated pay scale per night, depending upon size) and cats. Dogs must have had shots. Wild Horse Inn: The managers will soon be fully outfitted and licensed to board pets (as of today 6/9/09). The Inn is in Eminence (about 5 miles away from DM), one block north of the junction of 106 and 19 highways on the right. They have five runs/kennels nearly ready.
