Page one contains price information about our Packaged Deals which include our challenge and recreational trips, FLOW retreats and conflict management seminars. Page two contains 'a la carte' pricing for individual activities and lodging for retreats, vacations, and family reunions.

Deals

Ask if your group qualifies for a mission team training discount.

Challenge trips provide the most growth for participants at DM. Our donors keep the price low so more can participate.

Immediate Families (Parents and Children under 18) pay maximum of 4 people for camping and lodging facilities.

There is discount for helping for catered meals. "Helping" means 3 or 4 helping prepare and clean up 1/2 hour before and after each meal.

We have off-season discounts. Receive 15% off everything when you 'do your thing' October 1 through Thanksgiving Day, and in March. Receive 30% off everything if your program is occurs Thanksgiving Day through February 28.

What-Ifs...

The totals on the worksheet are estimated. People can get sick and not eat or participate. The weather forces us to change programming. The equipment and facilities may be damaged by your group, which means damage costs get added to you bill.

Only deposits for facilities, meals & programming actually used apply to the final bill.

Canoeing

The estimated cost is based on 2 people per canoe.

NPS regulations require an adult be in a canoe with anyone 9 years old and younger. On Sundays between July 1 and Labor Day of each year, our NPS permit allows 8 Discovery Ministry canoes to be put on the river.

Necessary Minimums

There is a 3 person minimum charge for each room.

There is a 10 person minimum charge per catered meal.

There is a 6 person minimum charge for each event.
