Round Spring
Round Spring is a part of the Ozark National Scenic Riverways. This beautiful spring is located just off of Highway 19, north of Eminence. This spring has seen use by Indians and others who became 'locals' throughout the centuries. The parking lot, playground, picnic area, modern bathrooms and paved walkway to the spring are all very accessible.
In the same general area as the spring is Round Spring Cave. Walking tours are offered daily throughout the summer. Tour is filled on a first come first served basis, but be sure to arrive at least 30 minutes early! Be sure to contact their office for tour times. This cave was open last time I checked, however 2011 may be a different story. Call before you go.
