Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument

The Myers-Briggs and the Thomas-Kilmann assessments enhance the seminars we offer. The DM staff members think these assessments help group members know their own styles and to understand the many different ways other people naturally function. These personality and conflict insights are invaluable for team function.

Both of these assessments are copyrighted and we are charged per person per assessment to use them. That is one of the reasons why we have to charge per person per assessment to offer them.

Myers-Briggs is the most accepted personality type indicator. A wise team/church understands the different ways Yahweh designed individuals to perceive the world around them, and uses that understanding to put people in roles where their strengths shine.

The Thomas-Kilmann assessment helps individuals identify the strengths and weaknesses of their natural conflict style. It also helps team members understand how to better engage with someone who has a different natural conflict style. Many people find that this assessment alone, with a little explanation, relieves much of the challenge they have in handling disagreements with others.
